PISE is recognized as a passionate and innovative leader contributing to sport and physical activity excellence in Canada.
Physical literacy is just as important as the ability to read and write. The most important step toward developing physical literacy is mastering fundamental movement skills, such as running, jumping, catching, and kicking. Acquiring skills and confidence allows children to enjoy a variety of sports and physical activities throughout their lifetime. PISE’s goal is to help create a Physically Literate Community. This includes providing opportunity and access to Physical Literacy programming for socio-economically disadvantaged communities and individuals through various schools and centres.
PISE offers community programs for all ages and abilities! We believe physical health contributes greatly to overall well-being, and strive to assist in providing a safe and effective means for ANYONE to do so. We are happy to answer any question you may have.
