The Victoria Compost Education Centre is a non-profit organization with charitable status that provides composting and organic gardening education to residents of the CRD.
Our mission is to promote composting, conservation, local food production, organic gardening and urban sustainability which is accomplished by being a retail and educational retail resource through their demonstration site, staff, volunteers, outreach, and workshops for children and adults.

Our environmentally focused and interactive programs serve children and youth in elementary, middle and high schools, preschools, clubs and summer groups in the Capital Regional District. Workshops are offered Wednesday to Friday. Programs range from one to two hours and may be delivered at our demonstration site or at your facility. Programs can be booked by calling our Education Coordinator at 386-WORM (9676) during our regular office hours. Workshops are offered Wednesday to Friday, January to November.
