• Goal setting
• Managing stress
• School life/home balance
• Friendships
• Assertiveness, confidence, active listening
Girls Empowerment Groups:
• Evening workshops that include both youth coaching and fitness class components in small intimate, positive groups.
• Our goal is to develop each group into something very special which revolves around learning, supporting each other, improving fitness together, being non-judgmental, discussing situations, growing and developing ourselves. These workshops are very interactive, incorporating games, scenarios, group discussions and personal thoughts.
• Programs run 8 weeks long from September to June.
