FITNESS4YOUTH offers children's fitness classes, youth coaching & empowerment programs for ages 4 – 17 years old. Our programs teach kids about movement & exercise, rhythm & dance and also the power of believing in themselves by being active with their mind and body!


Fitness Classes:

• Every week is something new. Classes can include: Zumba Fitness, fitness obstacle courses, fitness-brain games, self-defense, kickboxing, yoga, Bollywood dance, bootcamps, parachute games and more!
