Oklahoma Railway Museum

The Oklahoma Railway Museum, open year-round Thursday - Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm and there is no admission charge to tour the grounds. 40-minute excursion trains are offered for the general public on the first and third Saturdays of each month April through August. Trains leave the historic Oakwood Depot at 9:15 am, 11:15  am, 1:15 pm and 3:15 pm.

Train rides are free for children under the age of 3, $5 for children 3 years to 12 years, and $12 for those 13 years and older. In addition to the train ride, railroad equipment, including motor cars, locomotives and passenger cars, are on display.  A display car contains permanent exhibits of railroad memorabilia. 

Model train layout and Gift Shop open on ride days.

Birthday parties available. 

Group tours are available A donation of at least one dollar per person is requested. Advance reservations are required for all groups. You may arrange your visit by contacting the Museum at (405) 424-8222 or info@oklahomarailwaymuseum.org in advance of the desired date.
