Withrow Park (North/East Corner)

Withrow Park is an eight hectare park in the Riverdale neighbourhood. 

The park is bounded by Carlaw Avenue on the east, Bain Avenue on the south, Logan Avenue on the west and McConnell Avenue on the north.

The park features two ball diamonds, a multi-purpose sports field, two outdoor tennis courts, a volleyball court, a dog off leash area, a wading pool and a children's playground. In the middle of the park is the Withrow Park outdoor artificial ice rink.

Withrow Park is named after John Jacob Withrow (1833 to 1900), a local landowner and builder, who also served as a city alderman. 

Withrow Park is at 725 Logan Ave.
