Awful customer service! Took MONTHS of sending emails and calling to finally get a response to an inquiry. After researching this company's annual revenue, it's evident they can afford to pay someone to answer emails/phone calls. I'm willing to bet that it won't take them months to respond to this negative review...let's watch. I predict that, if they do respond, the response will, in no way, actually address their customer service failures but will, instead, try to deflect with other nonsense in a diatribe about how great they are. If they would take as much effort to return phone calls and emails as they do in typing up defenses to their negative reviews, maybe I wouldn't be writing this negative review right now.
