Annex Children's Theatre in Education (ACTE) runs theatre programs for youth ages 6 to 15 in age-appropriate classes. Its goal "is to make the arts more accessible and equitable to all students and to inspire growth and a passion for learning." Students who participate in our programs will be able to perform their productions for their schools, families, and communities. Courses include
- acting techniques,
- musical theatre,
- film-making, and
- audition preparation.
ACTE's summer camps are two-weeks long. Campers will learn an array of performing arts skills including acting, singing, dancing, costume design, and set production. Campers will also participate in daily outdoor activities such as sports, outings, and games. Youth will be encouraged to pursue their interests, develop new skills, and make new friends.
