A gentle & fun fitness class geared to those who have osteoporosis or those at risk. Light cardio, stretching and weight bearing exercises will build bone and muscle strength.

For those who have previous knowledge and experience playing an instrument, all instruments and singers welcome! Join this group to have the opportunity to play music with others in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

This beginner/intermediate class includes a warm-up, cardio workout and a cool-down/stretch. Your body will stay in continuous motion throughout the class. Work at your own level of fitness.
For Men only. A good general conditioning to increase flexibility, stamina and muscular strength. Bands and weights will be used. Please bring your own fitness band.

Line Dancing - although each person dances alone, line dancing is a social activity. Different styles and levels are offered.
