The Village Gallery Arts is a nonprofit organization that provides excellent art lessons for artists of all ages and a gallery for members to display their art. It was founded in 1963 by a group of ten artists who envisioned a place where artists could create, teach, and display their work all in one space. Today, it is home to over 150 diverse artists.
It hosts a variety of classes for all skill levels. In addition, it offers children's classes throughout the year with no membership required.
The gallery hosts two types of shows: inside and outside shows. Inside shows showcase artists' pieces inside the gallery, and outside shows are hung in other locations, like restaurants, book stores, and other locations.
