About

After her mom taught her how to dance and run a dance studio, Beth Ith opened her own dance studio, Rhythm & Soul Dance Studio, in 2013. Beth's life passion is sharing her love of dance with all her students. 

RSDS is proud to have a team of enthusiastic and highly talented instructors. All of our dance teachers started dancing at a young age, are trained in multiple styles, have performed professionally, and some have won awards. They are all committed to giving your child high quality dance lessons and fuelling his or her passion for dance. 

Classes

RSDS offers recreational and competitive dance programs for dancers ages 3 years old to adult. We teach Acro, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Pre-Ballet, and Combination Classes. Combination Classes are an excellent opportunity for young dancers to try a range of styles.

We also have a 45 minute Parent/Tot Class for Toddles and Preschoolers ages 18 months to 3 years old and their parents or caregivers. 

We offer trial classes from September through February. We encourage you to check out our programs!

Birthday Parties

Did you know that we host birthday parties? Well you do now! RDSD families and families that are not enrolled in our programs are welcome to rent our studio space and enjoy a dance class taught by one of our instructors. Dance styles to pick from include Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Jazz, Lyrical, and Creative Movement. 

Party packages include 3 hours of reserved studio space, which includes 30 minutes of set up and clean up before and after the party, a 45 minute dance lesson, and 1.25 hours for presents, cake, free dance, and other activities as you wish. 

We provide the studio space, an instructor, tables, chairs, and music. Party fees start at $250.
