At Woodland Park Zoo, our mission is to save wildlife and inspire everyone to make conservation a priority in their lives. Our 92 acres are divided into bioclimatic zones that include natural habitats for over 1,100 animals and 300 species. Our award-winning exhibits feature the African Savanna, the Assam Rhine Reserve, the Humboldt Penguins, and much, much more!
Throughout the year, we host learning events programs to help connect people to nature, deepen science education, increase ecological literacy, empower conservation leaders, and encourage life-long learning.
For children and youth, the Woodland Park Zoo is a great place to visit on a class field trip and a great place to spend your school breaks by signing up for one of our school year break camps.
