We begin classes
with a quick overview of concepts, then students get started on their
projects. Teachers engage with students while they are working on their
projects, assisting them and answering questions. At appropriate
stages of the project, students test the performance of what they've
created, interacting with other campers and the teachers in the process.

TechKnowHow® has been providing technology-focused classes for students since 1994. Our offering includes summer programs, GATE classes, and school-year enrichment.
Each year, our staff designs new projects and programs. We continue to add classes and locations each year, thanks to the positive results we receive from campers and parents each summer.
Half and Full day Summer Camps are offered throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Please visit our website to see the complete schedule. Our Technology Winter and Summer Camp classes include building projects with LEGO® gears and motors, Robotics with MINDSTORMS® EV3® & NXT® components, Computer Game Design, Programming /Coding using Java and Python and a Technology Camp for girls. Classes feature high-interest, age-appropriate projects which teach technology and science skills based on the S.T.E.M. curriculum.
Each day, the students learn new skills and solidify ones learned earlier in the camp -- all in a supportive and fun atmosphere.

We've also volunteered at the Samaritan House Toy and Food Drives! And lastly, we took part in "The Big Lift," an initiative of the Peninsula Partnership Leadership Council to help increase children's reading levels through educational activities in schools, camps and other programs.
Camp locations include San Francisco, Burlingame, San Mateo, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, San Jose – Milpitas & Evergreen, Campbell, Los Gatos, Fremont, Pleasanton, Dublin, Oakland and Berkeley.
At TechKnowHow®, our goal is to satisfy both children and parents with our course content and personal attention. Here are some parent testimonials that we have received from recent camps:
"My child would come home every afternoon with many exciting stories of how his day went and what they built! I could tell that he gained confidence in his building abilities and had a better understanding on how motorized LEGO®s worked." - Parent of a 1st grader
"My kids both really enjoyed the camps this year, as well as last year. My daughter was always excited to show me what she had learned. My son also had a great time in his classes, where he learned how to make his own computer games. He was thrilled to learn these new concepts, and I was very impressed with the new knowledge that he came home with." - Parent of a 4th and 5th Grader
"My daughter enjoyed the NXT® Robotics camp. She liked learning how to program and enjoyed building the projects.
This was something new to her and she was so proud to show me what she made each day in class. She said that she would take another robotics class and that shows me how much she enjoyed it." – Parent of a 5th grader
"My son absolutely loved this camp. As parents, we liked it too because of the great instruction, quality care, and attention the staff provides. Thanks!!" - Parent of a 2nd grader
