  • 4 - 6 Year Olds (Children)
  • Our goal for this age groups is to provide them with a fun and safe learning environment where they can be introduced to basic techniques and body movement.
  • 7 - 12 Year Olds (Youth)
  • This group is divided into beginner and advanced classes. In this class youths are taught the fundamentals of self-defense, discipline and team work.
  • Adults (13 and older)
  • Adults are separated into three classes; beginner, general, and advanced. Students are provided with many different levels of activity and difficulty, allowing students to move and develop at their own pace depending on personal goals and ability.
  • Family Class (all levels and age groups)
  • This class allows parents and children to train together and develop together. This gives parents and children a chance to share and grow in the same environment and to share in their development.
