Thursday, March 19 – Candles and Communication
Barcode: 1535553
What was life like before electricity in the home? Early settlers used candles to help them complete daily tasks after the sun set for the day. Learn about electricity, how to roll candles by hand, make paper, and explore different forms of communication, like pen and ink, that would certainly have needed a bit of light to accomplish.
