Family Concert: The Boy Who Could Sing Pictures

Family Concert: The Boy Who Could Sing Pictures

Magical singing journey with the music of Bach, Beethoven, Piazzolla & Villa-Lobos!

Based on the book by American writer Seymour Leichman, "The Boy Who Could Sing Pictures" is a story of Luca, son of the Bustelo-the-Jester, in which he discovers his gift of magical song. The adventure follows Luca through a summer-long tour of surprises and wonders, and reaches a climax with a fateful encounter with the evil ministers “Reducto”, and “Canoli”. Luca learns to trust his talents and saves the day, and the kingdom too!

Join storyteller David Gonzalez and Daniel Kelly on the piano featuring music of Bach, Beethoven, Piazzola, and Villa-Lobos. The show is recommended for children aged 5 to 12 but created with the entire family in mind.
