The world of nutrition is vast and often confusing. Join Nick Creelman, registered dietitian, as he discusses the new Canada Food Guide; regaining control over food and mindless eating; and tips to help make meal planning easier.

Free parking is available. Room location and parking passes will be sent prior to the event. Doors open at 6:30pm. Presentation begins at 7:00pm sharp.

Nick Creelman, Registered Dietitian, NAIT

Nick is NAIT’s Registered Dietitian, working with staff and students to promote healthy eating on campus. After graduating from the University of New Brunswick with a kinesiology degree, Nick went on to further his education, at University of Prince Edward Island, completing a food and nutrition degree and integrated dietetic internship. As part of his goal of being a “forever” student he is recently completed the International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sport Nutrition program. Nick has a huge passion for food and nutrition and loves any opportunity he gets to share this passion with others.
