Family Volunteer Opportunity: Restore Natural Areas at Beaverton Parks

Family Volunteer Opportunity: Restore Natural Areas at Beaverton Parks

This activity has finished and is no longer running.

Join us as we pull English ivy and remove Himalayan blackberry from parks in Beaverton! This is a family-friendly volunteering project, as even the littlest hands can have fun pulling ivy. Turn it into an outing by packing a picnic lunch and plan to visit the playground after you're done volunteering. Ages 13 and under need to come with an adult.

Please bring a re-usable water bottle to drink from throughout the project. Tools, snacks and a water cooler will be provided.
