Beauty, eh? A poetry workshop

Beauty, eh? A poetry workshop

Beauty, eh? A workshop for beginning and emerging writers on beauty and poetry

What makes something, including a poem, beautiful?
Is beauty still something to strive for in poetry?
What can beauty and beautiful poetry do to help our world?

Let's talk and write about it. In addition to discussing the topic of beauty and poetry, this workshop will lead participants through a series of prompts to write poems reflecting their experience of beauty.

This workshop is for beginning and emerging poets who want to get their hands dirty making beautiful things. Participants are asked to bring one item they find beautiful to the workshop.
