International Mother Language Day is an event hosted every year by the Bangladesh Undergraduate Student Federation. This year, on Saturday, March 23, from 6-9 pm, we celebrate the diversity of language through different cultural art performances. There will be singing, dancing, as well as appearances by professors and guest speakers. Through this celebration, we show the multiculturalism of Canada, as well as provide knowledge of the struggle faced in being able to speak one’s language. We hope to make this event one to remember with the participation of our wonderful cultural groups and volunteers on and off campus.
Entry fee is $10, they will be sold online and at the door of the event. Food is included through the purchase of a ticket!
