Immerse yourself in the creative process, let go of inhibitions and allowing your creation to take shape by responding to the present moment! Each painting is a journey within and will be unique, just like you. Experiment with a variety of inks and other mediums to move colour on stone paper, canvas, wood and glass - giving unusual results. We will mix in other media such as acrylic paint, gesso, layering, collage and others. Come express yourself through this abstract approach... it's so much fun! No experience necessary, just an open heart and mind.

Growing up in the west coast rain forest shaped my appreciation for nature's beauty. Living and working in the Rocky Mountain foothills inspire 'dreamy landscapes' using acrylic inks, vibrant abstracts with alcohol inks and collage using handmade and natural materials, all informed by nature. My job as an artist is to be in the moment and pay attention to images that tell me they need to unfold. Music and spontaneous dancing in the studio help release emotion onto my canvas creating an expressive image.
