Build your health literacy and learn more about mindful movement and eating with a Registered Dietitian and yoga teacher from the Rundle Health Centre. You will learn to move and listen to your body's needs through yoga, practice the skill of focus and learn more about the resources available to help you manage your health. No yoga experience is required!

Preparing for class:

Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a water bottle
Bring your own yoga mat or one will be provided
