Qigong is gentle, flowing meditative movement that is simple and easy to learn yet can have profound results. It can bring ease, well-being and presence very quickly without a lot of effort.

In this workshop you will practice Qigong movements with guidance to be mindfully present, keeping a relaxed attitude as we extend ourselves physically. Experiencing this directly in our systems helps us to trust that it is possible to be relaxed in the eye of the storm.

As things start to heat up and we ramp up for full summer expression, it is easy to lose our balance as we extend ourselves. Qigong practice helps us find stillness in the midst of movement, find balance in the inescapable whirlwind of activities that is our life.
