Come learn different styles of dance and have fun! These body energizing programs fuse dance rhythms with easy to follow fitness moves. Children will gain muscle tone, strength, flexibility and confidence, all while learning dynamic dances. Each teacher brings different dance variations to the floor, however the benefits are the same….move, groove and stay healthy! Options include: Salsa, Marengue, Swing, Rhumba, Cha-Cha, Hip Hop, African, Brazilian, Modern and Zumba.
