Eat Alberta is a one-day culinary conference where you learn and participate in a variety of hands-on cooking classes, taught by some of Alberta’s best culinary minds. For the day, you will be surrounded by some of Alberta’s finest chefs, local products and cuisine, learning how to prepare unique dishes with ingredients produced right here in the province, and mingling with the top of our culinary scene.

Stay tuned to our social media accounts for hints and reveals of our stary-studded line-up of chefs and speakers. We've already announced chef, blogger, and self-described lady butcher Elyse Chatterton, and we can't wait to show you who else is going to be there! Previous events have featured chefs like Alan Suddaby of Elm Cafe, and Steve Brochu of Chartier, so you know it's going to be good.

Early Bird Ticket sales are now concluded. General Admission tickets will go on sale in early February!
