First Metropolitan United Church will offer a six-week Mindfulness for the New Year course on Tuesday evenings from January 16 to February 20, 2018: 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
This participatory course will include guided instruction in selected mindfulness practices such as mindful breathing, body scan, mindful sitting, mindful walking, mindful movements and a befriending meditation. The cost will help fund health and wellness programs at First Met.
