A community celebration of Canada 150, Festival Place Cultural Arts Foundation is pleased to present Chautauqua. Inspired by the Chautauqua tradition, a giant tent will be set up in the Festival Place parking lot and offer free workshops, presentations, displays and entertainment suitable for the entire family.

The evenings will feature ticketed events showcasing a diversity of performances from regional, national and international artists. Some of the highlights include, Street Dance with Time Warp (August 5), Ted Barris, Veterans’ Untold Stories from the Great War to Afghanistan (August 10), Tim Hus and the Music of Stompin’ Tom (August 11) and The Gift: A Tribute to Ian Tyson (August 18 & 19)
