Pool use is set up for 6 lanes for swimming laps only. Lane space and usage may vary from 1-6 lanes dependent of program and pool usage. There is no diving board or other usage at this time. Please see lifeguard on duty for usage questions.
The Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department provides a comprehensive system of facilities and programs to meet the parks and recreation needs of the community.
Mary Wayte Pool is the located in Mercer Island near the high school . The pool is a public resource for all Mercer Island residents.
Moss Bay Kids Camp connects kids with the water through rowing, kayaking, sailing, and paddle-boarding instruction.
Both pools are warm, and have toddler-friendly lazy rivers, water slides and hot tubs. And if you just want a short swim (perfect for toddlers) you can take advantage of Mountlake Terrace's $2 "Happy Hour" swims.
