Variety of styles include: Cumbia, Soca, Merengue, Salsa, African, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Funk & Belly Dance. Zumba is a fun workout that is great for body & mind. A variety of strength equipment may be used, including weights, swiss ball, body bar and medicine ball. Level: Low - High
