This non-impact class offers participants the freedom of movement through water without touching or standing on the pool bottom. This class is great for your cardiovascular exercise or helping to treat muscle and bone injuries. This is a deep water fitness class taught by trained and certified instructors in a water depth of 8-feet. (Aqua belts and barbells are provided. Participants need to bring their own water noodle)
