Heritage Park Summer Camps

Run by Heritage Park Historical Village Ages 6-14 yrs

It's time for your kids to break away from their screens and experience summer the way it was meant to be spent! For five days, they'll live like pioneers, discovering the fun and history of the west. Heritage Park summer camps are an educational adventure unlike any other- one that will leave them with a new appreciation for the past. Campers are costumed in historical clothing and spend their days participating in a variety of activities that may include helping out with the ranch animals, cooking in the historic homes, making old-fashioned toys in the wood shop, playing games and exploring every corner of Heritage Park! The new Adventures in Science Camp, explores technology through history and is offered to kids aged 11-14. Day camps run from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4 pm. Home on the Range Overnight Camps run from Monday morning until Friday at 4 pm. Campers, aged 11-14 spent the entire week at the park, sleeping over in the big red barn and get to experience Heritage Park at night, which includes campfires, a barn dance and putting on a drama production.
