Sensing Nature

Run by Burns Bog Conservation Society Ages 6-8 yrs

Use all your senses in the Nature Reserve! Each day's activities, games, and crafts feature a different sense. Use your sense of smell to identify plants in the bog, or use your sense of hearing to make an animal sound map! Learn how different plants and animals use their senses in creative ways in order to survive. Creativity, curiosity, & experimentation leads to discovery.

Activities: Nature scavenger hunts, sound maps, guest presentations with animal touchables!
