Spring Break: Minecraft Traveling into the future - Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre

Run by Engineering For Kids Ages 8-12 yrs

Minecraft is an expansive video game that lets players design and create unique worlds with amazing
structures. In this apocalyptic future, the earth has been ravaged by a series of natural disasters. Each day, students will work in teams to solve a series of challenges from escaping a bunker on Mt. Everest to building a rocket to land on the moon! Through the application of engineering principles and team problem solving,
students will work together in their virtual world of Minecraft to make the world a safe place once again.
Every day, we’ll also do hands-on engineering projects and activities, games and more.
