Scene Study (Ages 13 to 17)

Run by SKAM School of Performing Arts

Tagged in: Acting, After School, Performing Arts

A scene is like a good mystery; learn how to analyze clues, ask the right questions, and delve deep into what’s actually going on under the text. Students will learn the essential steps and process to approaching any scene or monologue, even an entire play. Collaborate with others to discover the beating hearts of characters in order to bring them to life. This is a great class for teens are looking to develop their audition and performance skills using published plays.

Students will perform their final scenes at the Spring Showcase at the Metro Studio Theatre in June.

SPRING SESSION
April 5 - June 14 (10 Weeks)
