Experience this 60 minute challenging dynamic whole body muscle workout class using dumbbells, stability balls, bosu balls, body bars and medicine balls as resistance tools.

This workout is designed to decrease body fat, increase lean muscle and give you more energy.

This class is for beginners through to advanced levels and will help increase your fitness level and physical well being. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you can burn. Join us and see results!
