Strength Training For Runners

Looking to improve your running performance while trying to avoid common running related injuries? Whether you are training for your first 5k or an experienced marathoner, this is the class for you! Participants are led through 45 minutes of strength, balance and flexibility exercises that target the muscles necessary for good running form and performance.
