Throughout art history artists have used copper as a durable substrate for painting, and even used the glint of applied metallic leaf to add a mystic quality to their art. In this class you will learn various techniques to add the reflective quality of metallic to your acrylic paintings. You will also learn the process of applying metallic leaf to a substrate and preparing it to receive acrylic paint.
