In Yoga for MySelf, participants will be guided through a series of gentle modified seated and supported standing positions. You will focus on balance as well as gently stretch, strengthen and move the body. This yoga practice will foster a sense of personal and mental wellbeing, with goals towards easing chronic pain and combating fatigue. This class is open to all with neurological, muscular and bone issues. If you are new to this class, please ensure a Par-Q-Plus is filled out and handed in upon the first class.
