Begin to experience the quality of inner peace and stillness that can be cultivated by mindfully moving and breathing. Students will learn how to modify for their own body. The pace of this class will be slow to moderate - building heat in the body, allowing for deeper breaths, strength, stability and flexibility improvement, and mind-body awareness.
