Strength & Stretch for Older Adults

Run by St. Albert Recreation & Parks

' Join this afternoon class for a 30 minute strength portion followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga and stretching. You will do some resistance training under the guidance of the instructor to work your muscles, increase your heart rate and get a good sweat going. The class will them compliment the workout with gentle yet deep stretches to help lengthen and relax any tight areas. All fitness levels welcome.
