The core and back-body are two distinct communities of muscles that work together to help with mobility, posture and strength. In this class students will learn how to target their core, and low back muscles. We will flow through various standing positions with the intention of heating up the body, gradually working towards a peak pose, and then the latter part of the class will involve seated and supine stretches for the back. You will leave this class with a stronger core, and a broader sense of empowerment and confidence in your body and yoga practise.
