When you want to break out of your old body and build the best version of you possible, rev up your energy and feel great, Body Breakthrough is for you. This program will feature three group personal training classes a week, unique physical challenges, nutrition advice and weekly weigh-ins. If you are overweight, have a BMI greater than or equal to 30, need motivation and want to be the best you can be - call us. Space is limited. Why not start your transformation today? Please note that this is a beginner class. This program is designed for those with little to no exercise experience. The program runs three days a week. Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm and Fridays 6:00-7:30pm. You will be allowed to use the facility each day for your own workouts during the duration of the program (cost of this is included in below mentioned price).
