Beast Mode (Train like an Athlete)

Run by St. Albert Recreation & Parks

Use heavy resiistance training to increase performance and reduce the risk of injury. This program will focus on front/back squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. An introduction to Olympic Weigthlifting will also be included as you learn snatches and cleans. You don't have to be an athlete to train like one!
