This Pilates class is designed specifically for women postpartum. You will learn the importance of breath, abdominal and pelvic floor re-connection, re-establishing stability and strength and correcting posture. Take the time to focus on your body without having to call the sitter as babies, car seats, diapers and bottles are all welcome! Please have your doctor provide you with your post 6 week exercise clearance before attending this class.
