Advanced Cardio Thai Boxing will continue to develop the practical concept of Muay Thai boxing into fitness using functional and partner drills. This will include pad and heavy bag work, kicking, and light contact combination drills. There may be low intensity supervised sparring which will be optional to every participant. In order to participate in this program a mouth guard is mandatory as there will be light partner contact throughout the session. Previous kickboxing experience is not required. Suitable for all levels.
