The Conditioning and Technique group (formally Island Youth) is suitable for 13-18 year olds. Swimmers who want to swim for fitness or cross train for other sports will enjoy this program. Swimmers in this group are not required to compete, but will have the option to do so if interested. Swimmers will be given swim workouts and tips to improve their technique and endurance.
