Today's constant-evolving world can be stressful for children just as it is for adults. In Kids Yoga, we will also focus on developing attention span, patience and positive social interaction with other children. We will also work on balance, breathing, and laughing a lot! They'll learn positive coping mechanisms that they can to apply to their daily lives when they are stressed or upset. Finally, your child will be taught basic postures through play and encouraging teaching.
Our goal is to impress upon each child kindness and a little self-love (yes that may seem cheesy but still important!) from a young age!
Miss Faridae also completed her 25-hour certification for Kids Yoga from the Wee Wild One's Yoga Center in Calgary.
