WIT - Wrangler In Training 2 / Co-ed 15-17 (LODGE - SUNDRE)

Run by Alberta Pioneer Camp

Tagged in: Performing Arts, Summer Camps

This small but profound program highlights community, wrangler skill development, leadership and spiritual input – all in a few days! This program has been developed out of an interest voiced by young volunteers who love working with kids and horses.

The goal of the Wrangler-In-Training program is to develop young leaders who are committed to Jesus and who are passionate about leadership and Horseback Riding. The dream is that young leaders would be equipped to use their skills to work and volunteer as wranglers as they become of age to help run summer programs.

WIT applications are a request to participate in the WIT program. It does not guarantee a spot in the program. Teens are accepted into the program based on their application, and an interview. To apply, simply fill out the online application and follow the instructions listed. Once we’ve received your application, the WIT Director will be in touch for an interview and to confirm your acceptance.

We hope to see you there! (Limited to 5 campers per WIT camp.)

Note: A deposit for the program is required at the time of registration, with the remainder of the fees to be paid upon acceptance into the program (various payment plans available). Should an applicant not be accepted into the program, the deposit will be refunded.
