Camp Cimarron is a Monday-Friday program located at Bob Woodruff Park-South (BWS), offering a wide range of outdoor recreation activities for children. The camp provides opportunities to learn about the natural environment through fun nature hikes and environmental education activities including fishing, crafts, games, swimming and other activities. PACKAGE #1 runs from 8am-2:30pm. Parents may use the morning shuttle, but must pick up their child from BWS at 2:30pm PACKAGE #2 runs from 8am-5:20pm. Parents may either use the Camp Cimarron morning and Evening Shuttles or drop off and pick up their child from BWS. Children must enroll in the Morning and Evening Shuttle Services separately to be picked up and dropped off Carpenter Park (CAR) Recreation Center. Camp will be held at Oak Point Park Nature & Retreat Center (NRC) on inclement weather days. A liability waiver for all campers must be completed on the first day of camp. Registration closes the Friday before each camp starts.
