This aquatic boot camp is a water-based fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym. This class provides a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, and traditional strength/cardio-vascular training. The participants should be comfortable in deep water and able to swim 25yds freestyle.
