Learn to meditate in nature. Experience the healing and liberating power of mindfulness meditation in nature. Class includes instructions and practice for standing and walking meditation. Also include qigong if weather permits. Class held rain or shine; dress appropriately. We will meditate in the natural beauty of Glenbrook Ravine Park. Meet at the park entrance on Glenbrook Drive and Beth Street.
